WELLNESS PROGRAMS
Drama and the theatre arts stimulate both mental and physical processes within an individual. Dramatic exercises allow participants to explore and connect with various emotions and characters. Taking on different roles allows participants to discover new places/settings, encounter new obstacles and people. Organizers can choose from a selection of programs/workshops or connect with us to plan a customized program for groups or individuals. See below for a list of our workshops.
